How do I get started?

It's super simple. You'll need to click Purchase App. It will direct you through creating an account and will confirm the price ($6.99/mo) and ask for a payment method. Once completed, it will direct you to the app store where you can download the app. Once installed, simply log in with your email address and password. You can begin listening to music and watching videos as much as you like!

What if I forgot my password?

Not problem—it happens. Go to the app on your phone and just click on Forgot your password. It will request your email address and send you a password reset email. Be sure to check your spam folder if you're not seeing the reset email.

Where can I get Patch Plus?

Patch Plus is currently available for Apple and Android devices. You can subscribe to Patch Plus by clicking Purchase App. Once you are a member, it will direct you to the app store where you can download the app to your device.

How am I billed?

You will be charged $6.99 when you sign up via credit/debit card. Recurring payments will be $6.99/mo from when you first subscribed. In the event you need to cancel your membership for any reason, please complete the contact form below.

How much can I listen to the app?

Stream as much as you like—early and often. Even if you feel guilty for getting such a great deal, it's only $6.99/mo.

What's included in Patch Plus?

We have 42 of the Patch the Pirate adventures available as well as thousands of Majesty Music titles. Looking for videos? We've got videos from Majesty Music as well as Patch Jr. Singalong videos and the full-length animation video of Operation Arctic: Viking Invasion.
